Welcome to the Clinical Practice Section of NMSHP

NMSHPs “Clinical Practice Section” will be devoted to areas of contemporary health-system pharmacy practice importance. It is designed to provide background information and a communications vehicle for individuals engaged in specialty areas of practice, such as anticoagulation services, diabetes care and cardiovascular disease.

Besides having the tools you need readily accessible, this site includes a forum through which you, members of NMSHP, can communicate with colleagues interested in the same area(s) of practice to help you from ‘reinventing the wheel’ or finding an answer to those questions that trouble you during daily practice.
